Informazioni sul seminario:
Nel cuore delle Alpi Retiche e Orobiche, della splendida Valdisotto, situato in una posizione strategica sorge l’Hotel Cepina Albergo Incantato, dove praticare attività sportive e godersi una vacanza indimenticabile nella straordinaria cornice dell’Alta Valtellina, dove recuperare energie e ristabilire un rapporto sincero tra uomo e natura.
A 3 km dal centro di Bormio un weekend unico dedicato alla pratica delle arti marziali interne, Qi Gong, Taijiquan, Ticao e Baguazhang. Il seminario sarà diretto dal Maestro Paolo Bolaffio che vi guiderà con un programma speciale, adatto a tutti, alla scoperta di metodi per creare armonia tra corpo e mente.
Il numero di posti per partecipare è limitato.

3 km away from the center of Bormio, a unique weekend dedicated to the practice of internal martial arts, Qi Gong, Taijiquan, Ticao and Baguazhang. The seminar will be directed by Shifu Paolo Bolaffio who will guide you with a special program, suitable for everyone, to discover methods to increase harmony between body and mind.
The seminar will take place from 16 to 18 September 2022.
